Refund Policy

Refunds: If you need to cancel a registration, please notify us at 262-763-0219 at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled start of an activity. Refunds will not be given after the noted registration deadline. This policy is necessary for us to provide the best service to you and our instructors and because supplies are purchased based on enrollment. If the department cancels or reschedules a program due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be issued.

Minimum Enrollment: All programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met. When this is the case, preregistered participants will be contacted and receive a refund or credit to the account. We make every effort to avoid cancellations.
